Park Sutton Advisors represents New York City based Tirschwell & Loewy on sale to Provident Bank/Beacon Trust
New York, NY, January 22, 2019 – Park Sutton Advisors, LLC (“Park Sutton Advisors”) is pleased to have served as exclusive financial advisor to Tirschwell & Loewy Inc. on its announced sale to Beacon Investment Advisors and parent organizations Beacon Trust Company and Provident Bank/Provident Financial Services (NYSE: PFS). Founded in 1977, Tirschwell & Loewy is a New York City based independent registered investment adviser serving individuals, families, endowments, foundations and other institutions with approximately $750 million in assets under management. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
