Balbeer has spent more than 10 years in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Park Sutton Advisors, Balbeer worked for Goldman Sachs Asset Management Division assisting portfolio companies in various value creation initiatives. Prior to this, Balbeer spent many years as a management consultant working with CXOs in various strategic projects ranging from Customer Centricity to Anti-Money Laundering and Compliance.

Balbeer holds a Bachelor of Technology from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IITR) and a Master of Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB). He has both Series 79 and Series 65 licenses.

Balbeer is passionate about education and volunteering. He has previously volunteered as an adult literacy instructor at Jersey City Public Library and as a crisis volunteer for LGBTQ+ youth with Trevor Chat. He currently serves as a young ambassador for Battery Dance.
