James Miranda

James is an Investment Banking Associate at Park Sutton Advisors. His experience spans multiple financial institution verticals, including investment banking & brokerage, asset management, wealth management, financial technology, and specialty finance. Prior to joining Park Sutton Advisors, James worked at a specialized investment bank for over 3 years, where he provided merger & acquisition, capital raising, valuation, and strategic advisory services to financial institutions.

James received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Georgia and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University. He is passionate about community service and has previously volunteered for Habitat for Humanity, as a Skilled Supervisor and Family Selection Committee volunteer, and continues to be an active supporter. In his spare time, James enjoys practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and scuba diving. He holds both Series 79 and Series 63 registrations.
