Steven M. Levitt
Managing Director, Founder
Steven founded and leads Park Sutton Advisors. He has focused on middle-market M&A and strategic advisory work in the financial services sector for the past 23 years working with asset and wealth managers, broker-dealers, and fund administrators globally.
Prior to founding Park Sutton Advisors, Steven worked with three investment banking boutiques where he focused on strategic and transactional work in the securities and investment advisory industry. He was a partner with Cambridge International Partners which he joined from MilleniumAssociates where he led that firm’s North American practice. Earlier, Steven worked at Putnam Lovell.
Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Stanford University and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is an alumnus of Stuyvesant High School.
Steven is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and seminars and was active in the Speaker Retainer Program of the CFA Institute from 2007 – 2017 speaking on the topic of valuation of asset and wealth managers. He has served as an investment banking course instructor for Baruch College of the City University of New York. He holds Series 7, 24, and 63 registrations. He is fluent in Spanish, and prior to Wharton spent several years living in Mexico City.
Anastasia M. Tronoski
Managing DirectorAnastasia (Annie) has spent over 25 years in the asset management industry both directly and through advising on mergers and acquisitions. Her experience includes working with global, diversified money managers, banks and insurance companies, institutional and retail investment managers, as well as high net worth managers and family offices.
Prior to joining Park Sutton Advisors, Annie worked at Putnam Lovell Securities and then at de Guardiola Advisors, where she led strategic and transactional assignments in the asset management industry. In addition to her investment banking duties, she was responsible for junior staff and recruiting across multiple offices at each of those firms. Annie began her career at SEI Investments as an Account Executive in the Pension Consulting & Investment Advisory Divisions.
During her tenure in investment banking, Annie completed transactions including INVESCO’s purchase of Pell, Rudman, the sale of Carlson Investment Management to Skandia Life, the sale of Pilgrim Capital Corporation to Reliastar Financial, and Virtus (Phoenix) Investment Partners’ purchase of the Zweig Funds. Annie received her Bachelors of Science in Finance from Lehigh University and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Virginia’s Darden School where she earned the C. Stewart Shepherd Service Award. She holds the FINRA Series 79 and 63 registrations.
David Selig – Strategic Partner
CEO & Founder, Advice Dynamics PartnersDavid has over 20 years experience in M&A, management consulting, and financial services. For Advice Dynamics Partners’ buy-side and sell-side clients, David serves as a champion and advocate as he shepherds them through complex transactions. David has authored two whitepapers on the subject of mergers & acquisitions, one each for Fidelity Institutional Wealth Services and for Schwab Advisor Services. He is regularly quoted in the press, including Dow Jones Newswires, Financial Planning Magazine, OnWallStreet, and RIABiz. David is a regularly featured speaker on mergers, acquisitions, and succession planning at conferences and industry events around the country.
Prior to founding Advice Dynamics Partners, David worked for Pershing Advisor Solutions, a division of Bank of New York Mellon, where he provided consulting and asset custody solutions to registered investment advisors. David also worked for Deloitte Consulting from 1997-1999 and for technology startups from 2000-2002.
David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film Studies from University of California at Santa Barbara and a Masters of Business Administration in Strategy and Management of Organizations from the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University.
