Park Sutton Advisors represents Peapack-Gladstone Bank on its acquisition of Quadrant Capital Management

New York, NY – September 14, 2017 – Park Sutton Advisors, LLC (“Park Sutton Advisors”) is pleased to have served as financial advisor to Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corporation (NASDAQ Global Select Market: PGC), the parent company of Peapack-Gladstone Bank, on its pending acquisition of Quadrant Capital Management, LLC, a boutique wealth management firm based in Fairfield, NJ, with over $400 million in assets under management. Terms were not disclosed and the acquisition, independent of transaction costs, is expected to be accretive to PGC earnings in the first year.
